Participants will rotate through four key areas of the business—Customer, Operations, Commercial, and Digital—spending six months in each department. By the end of their first year, graduates will tackle a significant business-related challenge, gaining practical insights into the company’s strategic operations. Six months before the programme concludes, they will have the chance to explore permanent roles within the organization, aligning their skills with long-term career aspirations.

The programme emphasizes robust professional development, offering participants regular engagements with easyJet Holidays’ board members, one-on-one mentorship, and personalized coaching. Graduates will also benefit from 360-degree feedback sessions, enhancing their leadership skills and overall performance. Applications are open until 12 February 2025, and candidates must submit their CVs alongside an initial application. Those shortlisted will complete a task-based assessment and video submission before progressing to the interview stage. The final step is an assessment center, where successful candidates will be selected to begin the programme in September 2025.
